Email on your own domain

Emailing from [email protected] looks a lot more professional. We don’t host email ourselves, but we do make sure your email is properly connected to your domain. Here’s how it works.

  1. Choose an email provider

Take an email plan from a major provider. Already have email on your domain? Then it just keeps working.

  2. Send us the details

Your provider gives you a few settings (DNS records). Send them to us and we set them up. Done.

  3. Add to Outlook

Open Outlook, choose File → Add account, enter your email address and click Connect.

  4. Ready

Your email arrives and goes out properly, without ending up in spam.

Which provider?

Three good options

All three work with Outlook, on your phone and in the browser. Not sure? If you already use Word and Excel, choose Microsoft 365.

Easiest with Outlook

Microsoft 365

Outlook sets everything up automatically. With Word, Excel and Teams included in the pricier plans. Microsoft’s guide

Great with Gmail

Google Workspace

Gmail, calendar and Drive on your own domain. Can also be used in Outlook. Google’s guide

Privacy first

Proton Mail

Encrypted email from Europe. In Outlook via Proton Mail Bridge. Proton’s guide

Not working? Send us a message and we’ll take a look.
