Call the deskCan I wait during the APK?
Course you can. Coffee’s ready, the paper’s there and the wifi works. You’re gone within the hour, unless something needs fixing. Then we call or tell you first.
Do I really get a free courtesy car?
Yes, for nothing. We’ve got three ready. Mention it when you book and we’ll set one aside for you. Bring it back with the tank as you got it.
Lose my dealer warranty if I come here?
Not at all. Follow the factory schedule with good parts and you can go to any garage. We update your service book digitally.
What if the repair turns out pricier?
Then your phone rings first. We never do more than you’ve approved. Say no, and we put everything back neatly and you only pay what we agreed.
Do you do classic cars too?
We’d love to. Chiel has a soft spot for old Beetles and 2CVs, and for anything with a choke. Bring your classic in and we’ll work out what it wants.
Can you collect my car?
Yes. Within Voorbeeldstad we collect it and bring it back for €15. You hand over the key, we do the rest.
Do you work on electric cars too?
Yes. Two of our mechanics are certified to work safely on high-voltage systems. Servicing, tyres, brakes and APK: all possible.
Card or cash?
Card or contactless at the desk. Business? Then you get an invoice in your company’s name.
