Do I need an appointment?
Not for a puncture, lights or a small adjustment: just walk in during opening hours. We’d rather book a service or e-bike in, so we can keep a spot on the bench free.
When will my bike be ready?
A puncture takes twenty minutes. Bring your bike before 10:00 and it’s almost always ready the same day. If a part needs ordering, we’ll tell you when.
Do you do all brands?
Yes. Gazelle, Batavus, Sparta, Cortina, VanMoof, Urban Arrow and everything in between. For e-bikes we work with Bosch, Shimano STEPS, Bafang and Yamaha.
My bike turns out to be worse. What now?
Then you first get a message with the price. We replace nothing without your yes.
Do I get a loan bike?
With a service, or if your bike stays with us for more than a day: yes, free. Just mention it when you book.
Do you repair fatbikes?
Tyres, brakes and chain, yes. We don’t tune bikes or remove speed limiters.
Can I pay by card?
Yes, at the counter. With pick-up and delivery you get a payment request.
The tyre tub
Puncture? Twenty minutes.
We run your inner tube through the water, look for the bubbles and patch the hole. Do a bit of shopping down the street, and it’ll be back on two firm tyres.
