9% or 21% VAT?
If the home has been in use for at least two years, the Belastingdienst (Dutch tax office) charges 9% on our plastering. Plaster and other materials stay at 21%.
On the site we show 21% on everything, so you're never disappointed. In your quote we use the correct rate, and it usually comes out 8 to 10% lower.

Email pictures and the measurements of your room. By the day after tomorrow at the latest you know the cost per m², per room and per finish.
