New clients from 2 November

Bureau Mensenwerk Contact

Shall we meet?

Write down briefly what is on your mind. I will call you back, one working day later at most, and then we pick a date together. Meeting costs you nothing: in your canteen or by phone.

Rather talk straight away? Call on Tuesday or Thursday between half past eight and ten.Brigitte

Dear Brigitte,

What would you like to talk about?
How many people work for you?
Where would you like to meet?

This is an example: the form does not send anything.

What business owners ask beforehand

Question not here? That is what my two mornings of phone hours a week are for.

From how many employees are you useful to me?

You have employer obligations from your very first employee. Most clients have between 5 and 60 people on the payroll.

Am I tied to a contract?

No. HR on call can be cancelled monthly. A prepaid hours card is used within twelve months.

Do you also do payroll?

No, for that I work with a payroll administrator and with your own accountant. I make sure the agreements add up.

Are you a lawyer?

No. I am an HR adviser. For court proceedings I bring in an employment lawyer, with your approval.

Do you also work on site or as an interim?

Yes. From 2 November I have room for an interim assignment in the region, a day or two a week.

What if I need someone urgently?

Call me. For a sick report or a conflict on the floor I call back the same day.

You do not need to phrase your question neatly first. Most conversations start with: “I don't know if this is anything, but…” That is usually exactly the right moment.
