What an HR adviser costs
You hear what you pay in advance. I charge per quarter of an hour, travel within 25 kilometres is free, and an agreed job price stays fixed.

The introductory meeting
An hour in your canteen, or by phone. You tell me what is on your mind, I outline my approach and name the price. Then you decide, with no obligation.
HR on call
One adviser, the same amount every month. Unused hours carry over for a month. Cancel monthly.

Worked example: what does a sick engineer cost?
An engineer at an installation company is ill for six weeks. Wages, cover and delayed work soon cost €250 per working day. After six weeks that is over €7,500.
Support up to week 8 costs €544.50 including VAT. If a good plan gets the engineer back a week earlier, you earn that back more than twice over. And your file is in order, should it take longer after all.
