This is her

A 1984 bakery van, with a grill where the bread used to be.

Six metres eighty long, two 90-centimetre griddles, a twin-basket fryer and a charcoal grill at the back. Wiebe converted her himself in 2016. The flap lifts on two gas struts, and under it runs an LED strip, so the hatch is still lit at midnight.

At a festival the queue is your worst enemy. So we only have one thing on the griddle at a time, Ayoub smashes the burgers while Pleun takes payment, and we call your number as soon as it's ready. No fuss with receipts, just watch the board.
