Pick a date.

Tell us where and when. We'll tell you if the grill can be there.

Is your date still free?

Date and number of guests are enough to start. We sort the rest on the phone later. Before five o'clock the next working day we send a proposal: menu plus price per guest.

What kind of party?
Is there power at the spot?

This is an example: the form does not send anything. Normally you'd have an answer the next working day.

Questions at the hatch

People ask us this before the truck comes. Missing something? Send a WhatsApp, we'll answer between two burgers.

How much space do I need to keep free?

Seven by three metres, plus two metres in front for the queue. The ground has to be level. Grass is fine, as long as it's not soaking wet.

Does the truck work without a power box?

Ideally a 32A connection (three-phase). If there isn't one, our own generator runs on HVO, for €85.

What's the minimum number of guests?

From 30 guests, with a minimum spend of €750. Below that it's cheaper for you to hire a cook at home.

Can everyone eat?

Yes. There's always something vegan and something vegetarian on the board, and almost everything can be made gluten-free. Tell us about allergies in advance and we'll cook separately.

And if it pours?

We stay dry under the flap. For your guests a party tent goes up in front of the hatch. In a storm or a code orange warning we decide together.

How far will the truck travel?

Within 30 kilometres of Voorbeeldstad we come for free. Further away we charge €0.95 per kilometre, there and back.
