Start with a €20 trial class. What follows depends on your week: single classes, a class pass or a membership. VAT is included in every price.
Introductory meeting
For people who have never been on a reformer.

House rules
So it stays calm for everyone
Be in the atelier ten minutes before the start. For your first class ideally a quarter of an hour, so the teacher can set up the reformer for you. Once we start the door closes: a late arrival breaks the class’s concentration.
You can cancel up to 12 hours in advance, in the booking app or by email. After that the class counts as attended. There’s almost always someone on the reserve list, so your reformer rarely stays empty.
Grip socks are required on the reformer, and nice to have in the mat class too. Forgot them? You can buy a pair for €12. Bring a bottle of water; we have a tap.
Pregnant, recovering or injured? Tell the teacher before class. They’ll adapt the spring, the position or the exercise for you.
