Breakfast and brunch
Start with coffee and the paper by the water.
At nine the coffee machine starts up and we put the chairs out on the jetty. Have breakfast inside by the window or outside by the water, with bread from the baker on the quay, eggs the way you like them and freshly squeezed juice. At weekends we serve a brunch to share: six small dishes on the table, with coffee and juice, and nobody watching the clock.

Lunch and dinner
From a croquette on sourdough to the fish of the day.
The kitchen runs all day. At lunchtime it's light and quick: a club sandwich, croquettes on sourdough or a salad. From five o'clock it becomes a proper dinner, with that morning's catch, steak from the charcoal grill or risotto. Children eat along from their own menu.

As the sun goes down
Drinks on the terrace
A spritz in the last of the sun, with a view of the bridge.
Around five the terrace fills up. Bar snacks, sharing boards and oysters come to the table. At the bar we make the spritz, or pour a local beer. If you come by boat, moor at the jetty and step straight to your table. On Fridays there's a DJ.

Meetings and groups
The Brugzaal above the water, with lunch included.
On the first floor is the Brugzaal: long tables, big windows and a view over the river. Hold a meeting for twenty, or a dinner for 36 guests. For drinks with forty people, book the end of the terrace, right by the jetty. One working day later we email you a plan.
