01What clothes work best?
Plain clothes in a calm colour work best. Feel free to bring two or three options and we’ll choose together. Avoid fine stripes and big logos.
02I’m not photogenic. Will it work?
Vincent hears that almost every day. You get short, concrete directions and see every photo straight away on the screen. After the first few shots, the hardest part is over.
03Can I use the photos anywhere?
Yes. You can use the photos without limits for your own communication: website, LinkedIn, print, press releases and adverts. You just can’t resell them.
04How much space do you need at the office?
A meeting room or corner of about four by five metres, with a power socket. Windows are fine, we bring the lights.
05How soon do I get the photos?
After 48 hours you can choose from the proofs. The edited photos follow within three working days of your choice. In a hurry? With express delivery you have them within 24 hours.
06A new colleague joins later. Will their photo match?
Yes. We keep the lighting plan of your shoot: distances, lights and backdrop. We photograph a new colleague in the studio in exactly the same light.
07Can the appointment move to another day?
Up to two working days before, that’s free. Rescheduling later costs 50% of the setup, because we can’t fill that day any more.
