Studio Scherp was started in 2012 by Vincent Kooistra, after ten years as a press photographer for the regional paper. There he learned what he still does every day: connect quickly, get the right photo in a few minutes and deliver on time. Since 2019 Myrthe Kraaijeveld has joined him, for product and reportage.
You can still see that in how we work. We don’t chat for an hour before the camera goes on, but we don’t rush you either. After two or three shots you know what to do, and you see every photo straight away on the screen.
We work for lawyers and builders, for care organisations and webshops. They all want to look professional without coming across as stiff, and they want to know the cost up front.

Brief
A quick call or an email: how many people, which style, which backdrop and where the photos will be used. The same day the price is in your inbox, and it won’t change.

Schedule
You choose a day. For a team shoot we send a schedule with ten-minute slots, so everyone picks their own time.

The shoot
We set the light, you see every photo straight away on the screen. Vincent tells you exactly what to do, so no camera experience needed.
- 04
Choose and deliver
Within 48 hours you can choose in your online gallery. You mark your favourites, we edit them and deliver them in four crops.
