Does an electric car even need servicing?
Less than a petrol car, but brakes, tyres, filters, air con and software do. We do what your make prescribes and nothing extra.
Will I lose my warranty if I don’t go to the dealer?
No. You can have servicing done at any qualified garage, as long as it follows the factory schedule. We update your digital service book.
How long does a battery check take?
About thirty minutes. Some makes want a test drive first; then allow an hour.
Does my battery need to be full for the check?
No, between 20 and 80 per cent is fine. Arriving almost empty? Then charge with us first.
Does the report count when I sell?
Yes. The PDF shows date, registration and mileage. Buyers and dealers simply read along.
Can I charge if I’m not a customer?
Of course. The rapid charger is for everyone, at night too. Pay with a charge card or contactless with your bank card.
Do you repair battery packs too?
Often, yes. Usually one module is the culprit and the whole pack doesn’t need to come out. We measure first and then tell you the cost.
