What do you wear, do you have to talk, and how long is a voucher valid? Everything people ask us.
Before you come
What clothing is best?
Something comfortable. For the massage you undress down to your underwear; under the warm sheet only the area we're working on is uncovered.
When should I arrive?
Fifteen minutes before your time is ideal: tea, and a quick chat about what you need.
Can I reschedule an appointment?
Yes, if you let us know a day ahead, it costs nothing. After that we charge half, because we usually can't fill that hour any more.
Is it for men too?
Of course. All our massages are for everyone. You can also choose whether Jet or Sybren massages you.
During the massage
Do I have to talk?
No. Many people stop talking after the first few minutes, and that's fine. We just check now and then whether the pressure is right.
I'm pregnant. Can I come?
From twelve weeks we give a relaxing massage lying on your side, with extra cushions. We don't do hot stone during pregnancy.
I have back problems. Will massage help?
A relaxing massage can ease tension, but it isn't a treatment. For pain that doesn't go away, your GP or physiotherapist is the first step.
Can I shower?
Yes. There's a shower in the hallway, with towels and toiletries. After hot stone most people prefer to leave the oil on for a while.
Paying and gift vouchers
How do I pay?
After the massage, by card or with your gift voucher. You don't need to add VAT.
How long is my gift voucher valid?
Two years from the date on the voucher. You can use it in parts; the remaining balance stays on it.
Is massage covered by insurance?
No, a relaxing massage isn't covered by health insurance. A gift voucher from your employer is possible, though.
Can I park?
Yes, there's room on Voorbeeldstraat, and there's a car park 200 metres away. You can bring your bike into the hallway.
