Hi, I'm Pleun

“I apply every lash separately, as if it were my own. So you wake up with lashes that just look right.”

Eight years ago I started with one chair and one pair of tweezers. Now there are three of us stylists in a quiet studio in Voorbeeldstad: lash extensions, lash lift, brows, and courses for anyone who wants to learn it themselves.

Which lashes suit you?

Your eye shape sets the map, your taste the density. Each eye below shows the look as it sits on your lashes.

Extensions, a lift for your own lashes, brows in shape. And if you want to learn it yourself, you can do that too.

From tea to infill

A new set takes two to three hours. Most of the time you lie under a blanket, eyes closed.

  1. 00:00Welcome and consultationTea, a moment to sit. Your eye shape and your own lashes decide which look we choose together.
  2. 00:15Your lash mapWe draw the lengths on the eye pad, from inner to outer corner. So you see in advance what you'll get.
  3. 00:20Eyes closedYou lie under a blanket, with music or in silence. Many clients fall asleep.
  4. + 3 weeksInfillYour lashes grow and fall out. After two to three weeks we fill in, so your set stays nice and full.

Zijdezacht academy: learn at the same table

Pleun teaches the courses herself, between the treatment chairs, with real models. Maximum four students. Starter kit and certificate included.

Before you come

How to get the most out of your appointment.

  • Come without mascaraClean lashes with no make-up around your eyes. Ideally take out your contact lenses; glasses are fine.
  • 48 hours dryFor the first two days, no water, steam or sauna near your lashes. After that, shower as normal.
  • New here?The first time we do a small allergy test, free of charge.
  • CancellingCan't make it? Message us at least a day ahead. After that we charge half.
