Does lean work in an office too?
Definitely. An invoice, a quote or a permit is a flow too. There is often even more waiting time in it than in a workshop.
Does my whole company have to take part?
No. We start with one process and one team. If that works, the rest usually wants in by itself.
What does an improvement project cost?
After the scan we name one price for the whole project. Usually between €14,520 and €24,200 incl. VAT, depending on the number of days on site.
Is the scan really free?
Yes. We spend a day on your floor and then you get the five biggest leaks on paper. There is no obligation afterwards.
What if it delivers nothing after six weeks?
We agree a measurable goal in advance. If we do not reach it, we keep working free of charge until we do.
Can you work alongside shift work?
Yes. We start where the work starts, even at six in the morning or on the evening shift.
Can we get a subsidy?
Sometimes. For training you can often turn to your sector's training fund. We help you with the application.
