A11 day + 1 week
Value stream scan
See where it pinches in one day.
We spend a day on your shop floor or in your department. With a stopwatch, a clipboard and lots of questions, we follow one product, order or file from arrival to departure. We count the piles, measure the waiting and talk to operators and staff. Seven days later you have the value stream map with the five biggest leaks.

Improvement project
Six weeks improving the flow together.
We choose one process and a fixed team of four to eight people who do the work every day. For six weeks we measure, look for causes, try out improvements on the floor and record what works. Your own people come up with it and do it. We guide, do the maths and keep up the pace.

B12 days
Yellow belt team training
Your team learns to spot waste itself.
Two hands-on days in your own company, for up to twelve people. No thick binder, but a game, your own workplace and a real improvement assignment. Afterwards your team can recognise the eight wastes, question a problem down to its cause and make a small improvement themselves.

Daily start and embedding
15 sharp minutes every day.
Improvement fades if nobody keeps it up every day. With your team leaders we set up a fifteen-minute daily start, with a board that shows at a glance how things stand. Then we coach the team leaders for eight weeks, until the daily start runs just as well without us.
