Where are we in the night? 22:00, into the smoker.

Long laid table in a garden at dusk with string lights, guests sitting down, platters of smoked meat and salads, the smoker smoking in the background

One from the smoker

BBQ at home

We drive the smoker into your garden. All you have to do is invite the guests.

We arrive with the smoker trailer a few hours before your guests. By then the meat has been smoking all night. At yours we finish it on the grill, carve and put everything on the table. When the last slice is gone, we clear everything up. We take the ash with us too.

Good for a fortieth, a street party or just a long summer evening with friends.

  • Pitmaster and helper at your home
  • Homemade salads, sauces and bread
  • Set-up and clearing up included
  • From 20 guests

Good for a wedding, a big family party or an opening.

  • 14-hour brisket, on oak

BBQ workshop

An afternoon at the smoker, beside a pitmaster.

You learn to build a fire, choose wood and hold the temperature. Together we trim a brisket, apply the rub and teach you to read the thermometer. At the end you eat what you smoked yourself, with the brisket that went into the smoker the night before.

Good for a group of friends, a stag or hen do or a team outing with something to learn.

  • Maximum 12 participants
  • Five hours, with food and drink
  • Also as a team outing

Smoking schedulewhat comes off the smoker

Every cut of meat its own wood and its own time.

Oak gives a robust smoke for beef. Fruitwood is softer and sweeter, which suits pork and chicken. This is what we smoke most often.
