Eight steps, from checking your date to opening your album for the first time. So you always know what comes next, and when.

1 Check the date
Send your date and location. I’ll look it up in my diary and email you back.

2 Introductory meeting
Coffee at my studio or a video call. One hour, no obligation.

3 Booking
You get an agreement. Once the 30% deposit is paid, the date is yours.
3 to 6 months before
4 Couple shoot
Not required, but nice: that way you’re already used to me on the day.

5 Planning
Four weeks before, we go through the day: times, locations and the list for the group photos.

I arrive fifteen minutes before the agreed time and stay until the agreed hour, even if things run late.

After four weeks, the whole gallery. If you choose an album, it’s on your table six weeks later.

On the day itself

Fifteen minutes early. I’m there before the agreed time, looking at where the light falls and where I’ll stand.
No flash during the vows. Not even in a dim church or wedding room.
Group photos in twenty minutes. With the list from the planning and a master of ceremonies who rounds people up.
Two cameras, two cards. Everything is stored twice, and a third copy is added overnight.
Running late is no problem. If the day runs over, I stay. Extra time is charged per half hour.

Send me your date and the place. I’ll check my diary and let you know quickly if I can make it. Then we’ll have coffee, if you like.
