Questions about servicing

Do I keep my factory warranty if you service my car?

Yes. European rules say any qualified garage may do it, as long as the work follows the factory schedule and the parts are of equal quality. We stick to that.

What do I get with a minor and a major service?

A minor service means we change the oil and oil filter and check the car over. A major service goes further: the air, cabin and fuel filters and the spark plugs are replaced too. The full list is on the prices page.

How do I know which service my car needs?

Your make sets it out in the service schedule. Give us your registration and we’ll look it up and tell you in advance which service it is and what it costs.
