What guests ask us
Can I tell you about allergies?
Yes, please, two days before you come. Kenji will then adapt the menu. If you are allergic to shellfish, we recommend à la carte: the omakase uses a lot of shellfish dashi.
Is there a vegetarian omakase?
Yes, on request and at least 48 hours ahead. Twelve courses of vegetables, tofu and mushrooms, for €70. À la carte always has a few dishes without fish.
How long does the omakase take?
About two hours. The 18:00 sitting finishes around 20:00, the 20:30 one around half past ten.
Pregnant, and still sushi?
Of course. Mention it when you book: you will get cooked, seared and marinated pieces instead of raw fish.
Can children come?
For the omakase, from twelve. For younger children, à la carte at the first sitting is a good idea.
Can I give an evening at the bar as a gift?
Yes, with a voucher for omakase for two or for an amount of your choice. Loes posts it to you, or hands it over after your evening at the bar.
