Three stylists, one quiet studio
Zijdezacht is small, and we keep it that way. You keep the same stylist, if you like. That way she knows exactly how your lashes grow.
One chair, one pair of tweezers
Pleun applied her first sets at the kitchen table, for friends. She trained at a lash academy in Amsterdam and practised on models for months before she dared to take her first client.
Eight years later there are three treatment chairs, linen curtains and a circle of clients who keep coming back. Soft music is playing, the blanket is ready and the tea is warm.
What stayed the same: we apply a set lash by lash, without rushing. And if something doesn't suit your eyes, we'll simply tell you.

Each stylist has her own speciality. When booking we look at who best fits what you want.

- CertifiedAll stylists hold a recognised certificate and do refresher training every year.
- New for every clientWe use brushes, eye pads and tape only once. Tweezers go into the steriliser after every client.
- Gentle on your eyesWe use glue for sensitive eyes and measure the humidity every day, so the glue bonds well.
- Honest about your lashesAre your own lashes too thin for volume? Then we'll recommend something else. Healthy lashes come first.
