How to come well prepared
- Come without mascaraClean lashes with no make-up around your eyes. Ideally take out your contact lenses; glasses are fine.
- 48 hours dryFor the first two days, no water, steam or sauna near your lashes. After that, shower as normal.
- New here?The first time we do a small allergy test, free of charge.
- CancellingCan't make it? Message us at least a day ahead. After that we charge half.

iHow long do extensions last?
An extension comes loose as soon as your own lash falls out, after three to six weeks. That's why you have an infill after two to three weeks.
iiIs it bad for my own lashes?
No, not if it's done properly. We apply each extension separately and choose a weight your own lash can easily carry.
iiiI have sensitive eyes. Is it still possible?
Usually, yes. Our glue is made for sensitive eyes, and the first time we test for allergies.
ivExtensions or a lift: what's the difference?
With extensions we add extra lashes. With a lift we curl and tint your own lashes. A lift needs less upkeep and lasts six to eight weeks.
vCan I use mascara?
Preferably not on extensions, they'll clump. After a lash lift it's fine again after 24 hours.
viWhen is an infill a new set?
If less than 40 percent is left after four weeks, or you come from another studio, we charge for a new set.
viiCan I give someone beautiful lashes as a gift?
Yes, with a voucher from €25 or for a treatment. Collect it in a silk envelope, or get it digitally by email.
viiiHow do I look after my extensions?
Brush them every day with the little brush you take home. Wash them every other day with lash shampoo and ideally don't sleep on your face.
