Service 01
Extensions
An extension with everything included: drawing, permission, foundations, shell and finishing. You call one number, and that's Mats's.
For anyone who wants a bigger kitchen-diner or living space without moving house.

Service 02
Renovation
Insulation, new installations and a different layout, in one project with one weekly schedule. Then your home is good for years again.
For anyone buying an older house, or who has lived in one for years, and wants to tackle it properly.

- Survey and structural advice beforehand
- Insulating roof, floor and walls
- New layout with walls and doors
- New pipework, consumer unit and ventilation
- Window frames with HR++ glass, or triple where it pays

Service 03
Bathroom and kitchen
Stripping out, pipework, tiling and fitting are done by our own tradespeople. Nobody waits for the next firm that's still busy somewhere else.
For anyone who doesn't want to schedule three different trades and have them wait on each other.

- New pipework for water, drainage and electrics

Service 04
Small new builds
A garage, practice room or garden outbuilding: on solid foundations, neatly finished and compliant with the Bouwbesluit (Dutch building regulations).
For anyone who wants a garage, granny annexe or practice room built in the garden.

- Foundations and an insulated floor
- Timber frame or brickwork
- Electrics, heating and water if needed
- Finished as living or work space

Honest up front: what does a renovation cost?
Every house is different, so you only hear the final price after the kitchen table talk. These prices give you a first idea. VAT is included, and they come from work we completed in 2025.
Not included: council fees, the kitchen or sanitaryware itself if you buy it separately, and asbestos removal.
