Growth plan
From ambition to a plan with figures. We make a three-year forecast in three scenarios: cautious, expected and ambitious. That shows how much room there is to invest, which KPIs matter and when you will need extra money. Every quarter we put reality next to the plan.

Questions about growth plans
Doesn't my accountant already make a budget?
An accountant mainly looks back. We look ahead and run the numbers on choices. We are happy to work with your accountant.
Is this also for a small business?
Yes, from around five employees or half a million in turnover, a plan with figures usually pays off well.
How it turned out
A new plan with the bank, and profitable again two years later.
The adviser
“A bank mainly wants to know that you yourself see what went wrong. Then honesty is your strongest argument.”
Douwe van Rijckevorsel
