01 Costs
Do I have to pay for the introductory meeting?
No. The introductory meeting takes an hour and commits you to nothing.
How do you charge?
Usually we agree one price per assignment, on paper in advance. For one-off questions it is €185 per hour, including VAT.
What is a success fee?
When a business is sold, you only pay part of our fee once the sale goes through. That way we have the same interest as you.
02 Independent
Do you also sell products?
No. We do not sell loans, insurance or investments and receive no commission. You only pay us.
How do you deal with banks?
We know the people at banks and funds well, but we work for you. For every financing we compare several parties.
03 Financing
From what amount do you help?
Usually from around €100,000. For smaller amounts the financing scan is often enough for you to carry on yourself.
How quickly can it be done?
Ordinary financing is usually in place within two and a half months. In a hurry? Mention it straight away in the introductory meeting. Sometimes it can be done in four weeks.
04 Transfer
Does the sale stay confidential?
Yes. Buyers first get an anonymous profile and sign a confidentiality agreement before they hear your name.
Do you also help with a transfer to a child?
Yes, we do that often. An independent valuation makes sure the price feels fair to everyone.
05 Working together
Do you coordinate with my accountant?
Gladly. We coordinate with your accountant, tax adviser and notary, so you do not have to explain everything three times.
Will I always have the same adviser?
Yes. One adviser follows your business, year after year. For specialist questions a colleague joins in.
Can we meet in the evening?
Yes, on Tue and Thu we are open until 20:00. We also come to your business, or we talk by video.
