Advice for a flat built before 1975

Insulate first, then hybrid

Your home still loses a lot of heat. Have the cavity walls and floor insulated first (often €1,500 – 3,000). After that a hybrid heat pump provides most of the heat. Your boiler only helps out when it freezes. In a flat the owners' association (VvE) has a say too, as does the spot for the outdoor unit.

ISDE subsidy 2026

€ 1.925

back on a 4 kW hybrid heat pump. We fill in the application with you.

How the subsidy works

Lower temperature. Just as warm.

An old boiler sends water at 70 °C to your radiators. A heat pump is most efficient at around 35 °C. The lower that flow temperature, the less electricity. That's why it all starts with measuring.

Fifteen engineers, all on our own payroll

In 2009 the first Stroomlijn van hit the road, with Egbert at the wheel. Now we have fifteen accredited engineers, all employed by us. We arrive at the agreed time, agree the price in advance and sweep the floor afterwards.

Meet the team

Often asked of our engineers

Is a heat pump right for my home?

Your insulation and radiators decide most of it. The heat check gives you a first idea. At the free survey we work it out room by room. If your home isn't ready yet, the advice will simply say so.

Hybrid or all-electric: what's the difference?

A hybrid heat pump works together with your boiler. The boiler helps out when it freezes and provides hot water. All-electric replaces the boiler completely, with a cylinder for hot water.

How much ISDE subsidy will I get?

For a heat pump in 2026 you get a fixed amount plus an amount per kW. For a 4 kW hybrid that's about €1,925. We work out the exact amount in your quote.

Can I still buy a new gas boiler?

Yes, you can. We do look with you at whether a hybrid heat pump would be smarter in the long run. Every boiler we fit is ready for one.

How quickly does an engineer come out for a breakdown?

With a service plan we deal with your breakdown within 24 hours, often the same day in winter. The breakdown line is open day and night.
