Servicing you don't have to think about
With a service plan we schedule the yearly service, you pay no call-out charge and we deal with a breakdown within 24 hours. For heat pumps we read the system remotely and adjust it when it can run more efficiently.

Questions about servicing and breakdowns
What does servicing cost?
A service plan costs from €12.50 a month, including a yearly service and no call-out charge for breakdowns. A one-off service costs €139.
How quickly does an engineer come out for a breakdown?
With a service plan we deal with your breakdown within 24 hours, often the same day in winter. The breakdown line is open day and night.
Do you also look after systems you didn't install?
Yes. We service all common brands of boilers, heat pumps and MVHR units.
