How we work

Six steps from the first check to a home that stays warm efficiently. Three to five weeks on average.

Lead time3 – 5 wks

01Two minutes, online

Heat check

Choose your type of home and year built. You see straight away which solution is likely to fit, with price and subsidy. It's a first estimate, not a sales pitch.

02Free, 60 to 90 minutes

The survey at your home

An adviser measures how much heat your home loses, room by room. He looks at your radiators, your fuse box and the best spot for the outdoor unit, for the neighbours too.

03Within 3 working days

Advice and fixed price

In your inbox you'll find a quote with one total price, the subsidy already deducted and honest advice. Is your home not ready (yet)? Then it simply says so.

04One to three working days

Installation

Our own engineers fit everything, put down floor protection and take the old boiler away. By evening you have hot water.

05On the last day

Commissioning and explanation

We set the heating curve to your home, balance the radiators and explain the thermostat and the app. You get a handover report.

06After 6 weeks and every year

Aftercare

After six weeks we call to check everything is running as you'd like and read the system. We help you with the subsidy application, and we put the servicing in the diary.

  • After six weeksWe call and read the system
  • Every three monthsRemote reading, with a service plan
  • Every autumnThe service, before the cold sets in
  • Within 24 monthsSubsidy applied for and in your account

What you get in writing

  • Heat loss calculation per room
  • Advice with the reasons
  • One fixed price incl. VAT
  • Subsidy amount calculated
  • Schedule with a date
  • Handover report and warranty certificate

What we say no to

No subcontractors, no salespeople on commission and no selling a heat pump your home can't handle. Better an honest “not yet” than a customer with cold feet.

First the measurements, then the price

An adviser visits for free and measures up your home. Three working days later you get one price, with the subsidy already deducted.
