How we agree things.
Price before the work
On the phone you hear the call-out charge and the rate. On site you hear what the job itself costs, and we only pick up the tools once you agree.
Per quarter hour
No charging a whole hour for twenty minutes' work. After the first quarter hour, we charge per quarter hour.
Twelve-month warranty
On our work and on the parts we supply. If it leaks again in the same spot, we come back for free.
Payment
By card in the van or by invoice. With leak detection, a report for your insurance is included in the price.
