Service 03 · Stored by day, used in the evening
Home battery
guide price from€4,400
Store your solar power from the day for the evening.
When salderen (net metering) ends on 1 January 2027, you'll get much less back for power you feed into the grid. A home battery stores your surplus for the evening, so you use your own power yourself. Whether it pays off for your usage, we work out first. Sometimes the honest answer is: not just yet.
Calculating comes before fitting
- 01
Read your usage
With your permission we read your quarter-hourly usage from your smart meter.
- 02
Calculation
What does a battery bring in with your usage? With and without a dynamic contract.
- 03
Choosing a spot
Dry, frost-free, away from the bedrooms. Often the utility room, garage or loft.
- 04
Installation
Battery and, if needed, a hybrid inverter on the wall, connected to its own circuit.
- 05
Control
We switch on the smart control and explain in the app what you're seeing.
Why a battery helps
During the day your panels make more than you use. In the evening it's the other way round. Without a battery you feed that surplus back for a few cents, and in the evening you buy power at the full rate.
- Calculation based on your own usage
- Batteries from 5 to 15 kWh
- Also with existing panels
- Smart control on dynamic tariffs
Guide prices
Fitting and VAT are included. After the roof scan or diagnosis we fix the price, and that's what it stays.
- 5 kWhsmaller household, low evening use€ 4.400
- 10 kWhfamily, or with a heat pump€ 6.900
- 15 kWhwith a heat pump and an electric car€ 8.950
Two questions almost everyone asks
Can a battery go with my existing panels?
Almost always. Sometimes with a hybrid inverter, sometimes with a separate battery inverter alongside. You'll see it in the calculation.
Is a home battery safe?
We only fit LFP batteries (lithium iron phosphate): they don't get hot and don't catch fire easily. And never in a bedroom or escape route.
What can your roof do?
A roof scan costs nothing. Five working days later we email a layout and an honest calculation, even if the answer is that it doesn't pay off for you.
