How we arrange the reimbursement

Authorisation
Your doctor, nurse specialist or dermatologist fills in an authorisation. We have the form if you don’t have it yet.
Choosing
You choose your hairpiece. We work out in advance what your insurance pays and what you pay.
Claiming
We send the authorisation and the invoice straight to your health insurer. You only pay what’s left.
Every year again
With permanent hair loss you’re entitled to reimbursement again every year. We’ll send you a reminder.
