How we work in six steps
A renovation is exciting enough. That's why with us you know in advance what will happen, who'll ring the bell and what you'll pay.
Every afternoon you hear from me how it went.Jacco
Call or use the form
Step 1 of 6
Myrthe replies the same working day. She asks what kind of house it is and sets a date to come and measure up.
Feel free to send photos. Then we can often give a first indication.
Measuring at your home
Step 2 of 6
Jacco measures everything and thinks along about what's smart. It takes about three quarters of an hour, and you pay nothing for it.
Jacco also looks at what you can't see: the state of the joists, the gutter, the connection to the brickwork.
Quote with a fixed price
Step 3 of 6
Two working days later the quote is in your inbox: described item by item, with a schedule and a price that stands.
Extra work only exists if you've said yes to it first. That's in the quote too.
Preparation
Step 4 of 6
Once you agree, the order goes out and we apply for permission if needed. We pre-build dormers and cupboards in the workshop.
Myrthe tells you which day we start, and who'll be working on your house that day.
The work
Step 5 of 6
We're there at half past seven. We cover the floors and tidy everything up every afternoon. Jacco is your only point of contact.
Every afternoon you hear how it went and what happens tomorrow.
Handover and guarantee
Step 6 of 6
On the last day we walk through every room together. A gap or a sticking door gets fixed before the invoice arrives.
On structural work you get a five-year guarantee, on other work two years.
A dormer in three days
