what we offer
Help with moving,
at every age.
By age

0 – 1½yearsBabies
Does your baby always lie with their head turned to one side, arch their back a lot, or just not get going with rolling over? Together with you, we look at how your baby moves and lies. You learn handy ways to lift, carry and play, so your baby can make progress again. Up to one year, we are happy to visit you at home.
What we help with
- Positional preference and a flat head
- Arching and restlessness
- Rolling, sitting and crawling
- Tips for lifting and carrying
How we practise
In the first appointment we look at how your baby lies, turns and responds. You go home with something straight away: a different way of picking them up or a play position. A few appointments are usually enough, with practice at home in between.
- Where
- Practice or home (up to 1 year)
- Number of sessions
- 3 to 6 appointments

1½ – 6yearsToddlers and pre-schoolers
Some children fall more often than others their age, don’t dare go on the climbing frame or tire quickly. In the gym we practise with an obstacle course, trampoline and wobble board. Your child mainly notices that it is fun. Meanwhile we work on balance, strength and confidence.
What we help with
- Balance and coordination
- Climbing, jumping and running
- Cycling without stabilisers
- Confidence in moving
How we practise
We build an obstacle course that matches exactly what your child finds hard. Climbing, jumping, wobbling, throwing and catching. Each week a step harder, and at home you see what is already going better.

- 6 to 10 appointments

5 – 12yearsHandwriting and fine motor skills
Writing is movement too. Does your child grip the pen tightly, is their handwriting illegible or does their hand hurt? We look at sitting posture, pen grip and speed, and practise with games and writing exercises. If the teacher agrees, we also treat at school.
What we help with
- Pen grip and sitting posture
- Speed and legibility
- Cutting, laces and buttons
- Working with the school
How we practise
First the basics: sitting firmly, a relaxed shoulder, a good pen grip. Then we practise letters and speed, using the school’s handwriting method. After consultation, Gwen also comes to watch in the classroom.
- Where
- Practice or at school
- Number of sessions
- 8 to 12 appointments
- Covered
- Yes, up to age 18
8 – 18yearsYoung athletes
Young athletes grow fast, and that sometimes causes pain below the knee or in the heel. Or your child is injured and wants to join in again. We find the cause, build strength and make a plan with the coach, so your child can get back to the pitch step by step.
What we help with
- Osgood-Schlatter and Sever’s
- Ankle and knee injuries
- Strength and jumping technique
- Plan with the coach
How we practise
After an assessment, we know where the pain comes from. We adjust the load, train strength and jumping technique and make a return plan, together with the coach or PE teacher.
- Where
- Practice and on the pitch
- Number of sessions
- 6 to 12 appointments
- Covered
- Yes, up to age 18
