A buffet as it should be: big platters full of seasonal vegetables, fish and meat, with sourdough that was still in the oven that morning. The hot dishes stay at temperature, and one of our cooks stands behind it and tells you what's there. Rather eat at the table? Then the platters go between the guests and everyone helps themselves.
