No fixed seating plan, but a full dinner. Our staff bring round a new course roughly every half hour: small plates you eat standing or at a high table. Your guests keep moving and everyone talks to everyone. We cook on the spot in our mobile kitchen, so everything arrives hot and fresh from the pan.
