A slice of the running order

Two weeks before the party you get the running order. It shows who does what, quarter of an hour by quarter of an hour, with the floor plan. This is the evening of a wedding with 120 guests and a walking dinner.

Paulien sends it to you, to the venue and to your master of ceremonies. That way everyone knows the same thing.

What we need from you

That's all. We ask about the rest ourselves, or come and have a look.

  • The date and a time for the food to start
  • The number of guests, even if it's still an estimate
  • The address of the venue and who has the key
  • Dietary needs and allergies per guest
  • Whether there's a kitchen, power and water (none of the three is required)

Shall we start with step one?

Send us the date, venue and a rough guest count. One working day later the menu is in your inbox, with the price per guest including service and VAT.
