Leave your details below or give me a call. I usually call back the same day, otherwise the day after.

How I can reach you
Your complaint
Which times suit you?

This is an example: the form does not send anything.

What people often ask me

Can I just call?

Yes. Exercise therapy is directly accessible. The intake starts with a few check questions: are you in the right place with me, or should you see your GP first? Sometimes it is wise to consult your GP; we then discuss that together.

Does my insurance pay for this?

Usually through your supplementary cover, under physiotherapy or exercise therapy. If you are under 18, it falls under your basic insurance. For some chronic conditions, basic insurance steps in from the 21st treatment. The fees page has the details.

Exercise therapy or physiotherapy: what is the difference?

A physiotherapist often also treats with their hands or with equipment. I work mainly with movement and awareness: you learn to move differently in your own day. That is why complaints more often stay away.

Cesar or Mensendieck: which do you do?

Both. Mensendieck works a lot in front of the mirror and very consciously. Cesar is more rhythmic, with movements you copy until they come naturally. I choose what suits you and your complaint, often a mix.

What clothes should I bring?

Something you can move in easily. During the posture assessment I like to look at your back, so a vest or sports top is handy. Your normal clothes are fine too.

How soon can I come in?

Often the same week. I have no waiting list and keep a few slots free each week for new people.
