About Selin
Exercise therapist since 2009, own practice since 2017. And still curious every day about how people move.

“I danced until I was twenty. One morning my back locked up, and an exercise therapist taught me to stand again. I wanted to be able to do that too.”
Why I work alone
For eight years I worked in a health centre, with lovely colleagues. But I noticed that people like not having to start over every time. With me you always see the same therapist. I know what you told me last time, and I see it when your posture changes.
Working alone also means: no full waiting room, no murmur through the wall. When you come in, it is quiet and the hour is yours.
The practice
A 24 m² ground-floor room full of daylight, with a wooden floor, a two-metre-wide mirror, wall bars, a treatment table and a few mats. There is always water and tea ready. You come in through your own side door and the practice is easy to reach in a wheelchair.
