Groen Genoegengarden design & build
Designed garden in low evening light: swaying ornamental grasses and purple sage along a grey natural stone path, an oak pergola with a table and a beech hedge in the background

Services

Four crafts,
one garden

Garden design, planting plan, build and maintenance. You can book them separately, but it works best in one pair of hands: then the garden turns out the way it was drawn.

Garden design

A plan for your whole garden, from terrace to the far corner.

First we get the tape measure out and follow the shade across the lawn. We ask how you want to live outdoors. Then we draw a sketch design in two versions and work the best one up into a final design with materials, lighting and a budget.

  • Survey and sun study
  • Sketch design in two versions
  • Final design with dimensions
  • Materials list and budget

Consultation at home, an hour and a half: €145

Planting plan

Which plant where, how many per m² and when it flowers.

A planting plan for each border: every plant in its place, with numbers per square metre and a flowering calendar. That way there is something to see from February to December. Want to plant it yourself? Then just order the plan.

  • Plant list with numbers per m²
  • Flowering calendar per border
  • Advice for sun, shade and soil type
  • Plants from our own nursery

Planting plan per border up to 30 m²: €395

Garden build

Our own gardeners build what we drew together.

Groundwork, paving, timber, lighting and planting by our own crew. You have one point of contact and a fixed schedule. An 80 m² garden is usually done in three to four weeks.

  • Groundwork and drainage
  • Natural stone, timber and gravel
  • Lighting and water
  • Planting in the planting season

Build, guide price per m² all-in: €140 – €260

Garden maintenance

Four seasonal visits, so the design stays on its feet.

A garden keeps growing. We come in the seasons that matter: pruning in February, filling gaps in spring, cutting back in July and getting the garden ready for winter in November.

  • Four seasonal visits
  • Pruning and feeding
  • Replanting with guarantee
  • Green waste taken away

Seasonal plan for a town garden, four visits: €640 a year
