Proposal
Arjen creates a menu with what’s around in those weeks. Annabel suggests the wines.
- 2 weeks before
All set
Number of guests, dietary needs and seating plan. Deposit of 30 per cent.
- On the evening itself
You’re the host
You welcome your guests, we cook and pour. You pay afterwards by invoice.
Up to and including week 45: Mushroom & game. After that: Cabbage & chestnut.
