Exterior work takes rain, frost and sun. So most of the time goes into preparation: loose paint off, wood rot out, joints resealed. Only then come primer, undercoat and topcoat. That way it lasts six to eight years.
Walls, ceilings, stairs and doors.
We paint in lived-in homes and in offices that stay open. Furniture is moved aside, floors are covered and it's tidied up every evening. We use low-odour water-based paint.
Deck-access flats, stairwell flats and complexes.
For a VvE we follow the long-term plan. We liaise with the board and the managing agent, and residents know each week where the crew is. Afterwards the board gets a handover report with photos.
Ten years ahead, item by item.
A long-term maintenance plan shows what your building needs over the next ten years and what that costs each year. We inspect to NEN 2767 and deliver a plan that's ready for the members' meeting.
Jobs that go with painting and that we do ourselves, without subcontractors.
Routing out, filling with two-part filler and painting over. Also possible without painting.
Single glazing out, HR++ or vacuum glass in. Including new glazing beads and sealant.
Joints around frames and sills resealed, so no water gets behind the paint.
Wallpapering, or glass-fibre wallcovering as a tough base in halls and stairwells.
Samples on the facade, in real daylight. Free with every job.
Linseed oil paint and traditional techniques for old buildings, agreed with the heritage committee.
Every home is different, but a guide price helps. This is what most of our customers pay. After the survey at your home, every item is on paper at a fixed price.

Guide prices incl. VAT. Is your home more than two years old? Then labour falls under the low 9% rate. The survey turns it into a fixed price.
