VvE maintenance
Deck-access flats, walk-up flats and apartment complexes. We work with the board and the managing agent, and residents can see in the hall which stairwell is up when.
With a VvE you don't paint for one client, but for dozens of residents. So everyone gets a letter two weeks ahead, a schedule goes up in the hall every week and the foreman has a fixed number.
The VvE's long-term maintenance plan is our script. If there isn't one, we make it. Afterwards the board gets a handover report with photos per facade and an updated schedule for the years ahead.
