Long-term maintenance plan
A plan that shows what your building needs over the next ten years, and what that costs each year. For owners' associations, and for homeowners who want to plan ahead.
A VvE (owners' association) has to set money aside for maintenance every year. A long-term maintenance plan backs up how much. Without a plan the minimum is 0.5% of the rebuild value per year, which is often too much or too little.
We measure the condition of every item to NEN 2767: from 1 (excellent) to 6 (very poor). Then we plan what needs doing when. You get a budget per year that you can show at the members' meeting as it is.

Guide prices incl. VAT. Is your home more than two years old? Then labour falls under the low 9% rate. The survey turns it into a fixed price.

Is an MJOP mandatory?
A VvE has to set money aside every year. With an MJOP you decide how much yourself, with the figures to back it. Without a plan the minimum is 0.5% of the rebuild value.
Do you include other maintenance too?
Yes. Roof, gutters, brickwork and installations get a guide amount. The paintwork we price exactly.
What is NEN 2767?
The Dutch standard for condition surveys. Every item gets a score from 1 to 6, so you can see what comes first.
