What the client wanted
The board wanted to tackle the overdue maintenance in one go, without residents being bothered for months.
What we found
The walkway railings were rusting at the welds and the sealant around the fronts was loose in many places. We dealt with that first.
How it looks now
After seven weeks the last facade was done, finished one by one. The board now has a plan up to 2035 and knows what to set aside each year.
