Four treatments, one way of looking.

Whether you come for insoles, a painful heel, a sports injury or a diabetes check: the starting point is always how you stand and how you walk.

Custom insoles

Hands of an insole maker sanding a freshly milled insole with a navy top layer and cork-coloured base, fine dust drifting in the lamplight, workbench and milling machine blurred behind

Measured on the pressure plate, made in our own workshop.

A custom insole supports your foot exactly where it needs it and takes pressure off the spot that hurts. We design it from your pressure measurement and 3D scan, and make it ourselves: milled from a single block and finished by hand. Slim for smart shoes, sturdy for work boots or springy for sport.

  • Pressure measurement and 3D foot scan
  • Made in our own workshop
  • Ready within ten working days
  • Follow-up check after six weeks included

Foot problems

Bare feet of a patient standing on a black pressure plate in a bright treatment room, the podiatrist kneeling beside her, the pressure distribution of both feet on the screen, soft daylight

Heel spur, a painful forefoot, a crooked toe or a nagging knee.

Many complaints start with how your foot meets the ground. Heel pain with the first steps, a burning feeling under the ball of your foot, a big toe that starts to turn: we find out what is behind it. Sometimes an insole is the answer, sometimes a toe orthosis, exercises or different shoes.

  • Heel spur and heel pain
  • Pain under the forefoot
  • Big toe turning inwards
  • Knee, hip or back problems caused by how your feet stand

Sports podiatry

Runner on a treadmill filmed from behind, camera on a tripod, podiatrist watching the footage on a tablet

Gait analysis on the treadmill, plus insoles that move with you.

Sports injuries often come from repetition: the same movement thousands of times. On the treadmill we film you in your own sports shoes and measure what your foot does with every step. Then you get thin, springy sports insoles, shoe advice and a plan to build back up.

  • Gait analysis with video on the treadmill
  • Sports insoles for your own shoes
  • Shoe advice for each sport
  • Also for children who do a lot of sport

Diabetic foot

Podiatrist uses a thin nylon filament to test the sensation under the sole of an older man’s foot in a calm treatment chair

A yearly foot check, often covered by basic insurance.

With diabetes, you sometimes feel less in your feet. You may then notice a small wound only late. That is why we check your feet every year: sensation, circulation, skin and position. This gives you your care profile. From care profile 2, the care is covered by basic insurance, through your GP.

  • Sensation test with monofilament and tuning fork
  • Check of circulation and skin
  • Care profile and advice for home
  • Pressure-relieving insoles and shoe advice
