Gait analysis on the treadmill, plus insoles that move with you.
€395 · sports insoles with gait analysis

What it is about
Sports injuries often come from repetition: the same movement thousands of times. On the treadmill we film you in your own sports shoes and measure what your foot does with every step. Then you get thin, springy sports insoles, shoe advice and a plan to build back up.
- Gait analysis with video on the treadmill
- Sports insoles for your own shoes
- Shoe advice for each sport
- Also for children who do a lot of sport
What we see on the treadmill
We film you from behind and from the side, at 240 frames per second. In slow motion you see what your foot does in that one quarter of a second it touches the ground.
The line through your heel shows how much your foot tilts inwards or outwards. A few degrees is normal. More than that, and your knee twists along with every step.

Sports insoles
Thin, light and springy, so they fit in your own sports shoes. We test them on the treadmill straight away.
- 3 mm thick, fits most sports shoes
- Breathable top layer
- Tested on the treadmill when you collect them
- A second pair for your other sport: €165.00
Which shoe for which sport
- Running
- Neutral shoe with enough cushioning, not too soft. Alternate two pairs.
- Football and hockey
- Watch the studs: short on artificial grass. A thin sports insole fits inside.
- Tennis and padel
- Firm sideways support, with a reinforced toe. Not a running shoe.
- Walking
- Mid-height and firm in the heel counter. The sole should bend at the ball of the foot.
Costs
There is a sports clinic on Thursday evenings, until 20:00.
Start with the assessment.
Forty-five minutes, with the pressure measurement and a video of how you walk. After that, the cause of your complaint is clear, and so is the price.
