A quick search to see how it works. Most of the answers are here.
On costs, approach, interim management and how we work together. Your situation not covered? Call our office, we are happy to think it through with you.
Costs
What does a project cost?
An exploration costs €4,840 including VAT. A full change project is usually between €25,000 and €70,000, depending on its scope. Before you sign, you get a proposal in which each phase has a fixed price.
Is the price fixed in advance?
Yes, per phase. For guidance alongside your team we charge €175 per hour including VAT, with an agreed maximum. We do not invoice hours outside the proposal.
Is the introductory meeting really free?
Yes. Sixty minutes, at your office or ours. Then you decide whether to take it further.
Approach
Do you write a thick report?
No. The plan of action is one A4 page. All other documents are working papers, not archive material.
How do you involve staff and the works council?
From the exploration onwards. We always talk to staff and the works council too. In a reorganisation we plan the request for advice in from the start.
What if things change during the project?
They almost always do. We discuss progress every month. If the plan needs to change, we do that together, with a new A4.
Interim
How quickly can an interim manager start?
Usually within ten working days. If it is urgent, sometimes within a few days.
Does that comply with the DBA Act?
Yes. We arrange a contract that complies with the rules. That legwork is on us.
What happens after the interim period?
The interim manager hands over to a permanent successor, with a handover file. If you like, we also help you choose that successor.
Working together
Do you also work for smaller organisations?
Yes, from around 25 employees. A large share of our clients are SMEs.
Which region do you work in?
Our office is in Voorbeeldstad. We work throughout the Netherlands, but preferably no further than an hour and a half's drive.
Who will I be dealing with?
One dedicated consultant, from the introductory meeting to the return day. They can bring in colleagues from our network, but remain your contact.
Appendix A · Invitation
Rather give us a call? That works too.
On working days someone is ready for you from half past eight to half past five. Or come by for an hour. We will come to you too.
