A new organisation chart. An organisation that really works differently.

Drawing a new structure is the easy part. The hard part is two hundred people working differently. We guide the change from exploration to handover, together with your own managers and the works council.

Ch.1

When you call us

  • A reorganisation has been announced and unrest is growing.
  • Two organisations are merging and need to become one.
  • A new way of working has been introduced, but everyone still works the old way.
  • The plan has been there for two years, but little is happening.
Ch.2

How we go about it

  1. 1

    Exploration

    two to three weeks

We talk to 15 to 25 people: board, managers, staff and the works council. Then it is clear where it pinches.

  2. 2

    Plan on one A4 page

    in the fourth week

Goals, tasks, end date and how we will notice. Discussed with the board and works council before anyone goes further.

  3. 3

    Carrying it out together

    3 to 9 months

Your own managers carry the change. We sit alongside: in meetings, in teams and in difficult conversations.

  4. 4

    Handing over

    last month

We wind down our work. Whatever is still running goes to one of your own colleagues, with a clear agenda.

A first conversation costs you an hour. Nothing else.

We come to you, or you come to our office on Voorbeeldstraat. You outline the situation. After an hour you know whether we can help, and what that would look like.
