Something is in the air. We get it talked about, team by team.

You will not find culture in an organisation chart. You hear it in the corridor and see it in meetings. We map what is really going on and work with teams on a few concrete agreements they can keep up themselves.

Fig. 1 Two teams in one circle. You discuss culture with the people who make it every day.
Ch.1

When you call us

  • Departments work past each other.
  • After a merger there are still two camps.
  • Everyone is nice, but nobody holds anyone to account.
  • Sickness absence is rising and nobody knows exactly why.
Ch.2

How we go about it

  1. 1

    Culture scan

    three to four weeks

Interviews, shadowing teams and a ten-minute questionnaire. We look at behaviour, not at posters on the wall.

  2. 2

    Feedback

    one afternoon

We tell you what we saw, in plain language. Including what rubs. Then you decide together what comes first.

  3. 3

    Team sessions

    2 to 4 months

A few concrete agreements per team on how they work together. Small enough to keep up.

  4. 4

    Measurement

    after 6 months

The same questions as at the start. That way you see what has really changed.

Ch.3

What changes

What you hear in the corridorWhat you hear six months later
“We already tried that in 2019.”“Who is trying it this month?”
“You need to ask Teake's department.”“I'll just pop over to Teake.”
“Who actually decided this?”“We decided it together on Tuesday.”

Appendix A · Invitation

A first conversation costs you an hour. Nothing else.

We come to you, or you come to our office on Voorbeeldstraat. You outline the situation. After an hour you know whether we can help, and what that would look like.
